Coaching Includes:
A Personalized nutrition plan (macronutrients & calorie breakdown) tailored to your goals & updated as needed.
2 check-ins each week (Monday & Thursday's) through the TrueCoach app to answer questions, check for plan adherence, check progress & make plan changes as needed.
Meal ideas & food suggestions
Daily messaging access to Coach Caroline (Monday-Friday) to answer questions, celebrate wins, get feedback, accountability and support. So you’ll have accountability + support at your fingertips & can stay on track, even when things get hard.
